If your email account is IMAP then just set up the account in your email application on the computer. IMAP emails is stored in the server so can be accessed from as many different devices as you wish And they will all see the same thing.

If you have a POP account, then go into your account settings with the provider and enable the setting to keep Mail on the server. The problems with the that may include very limited account storage as most POP mail providers expect you to offload the messages when you read them. You will also run into problems with messages always appearing as new every time you access them.

if you have a Mac and OS X Yosemite, then enable continuity - https://www.apple.com/osx/continuity/ to mirror iMessages on both your iPhome and your Mac.
