Today/Notification center pulled to the left

Hey all.


When I pull down my Today/Notification center in portrait or landscape mode its pulled over to the left (see attachments). Allso, i cannot access the lowest portion. It just bounces back up a bit. I've rebooted and issue remains. I'm not sure what else to try. An ideas?User uploaded fileUser uploaded file
