can burn AUDIO CDS BUT NOT MP3 CDS

I can burn aUDIO CDS but when I go to make a mp3 cd it says "attempt to burn cd failed eroor 1771"

I ran diagnostics and it says "unable to access audio cd" here is the copy ti clipboard information it give me.
