I have been unable to upload videos taken with my iPhone 5s to my PC. Nothing has been working and they do not show up in iCloud even after backing up my phone to iTunes.

Having a problem uploading videos taken with my iPhone 5s to my PC. They are not appearing in iCloud even after backing up my phone to ITunes ,
