Webpages are loading forever in any browser on iPad mini

WWhenever I try to open a webpage in any browser on my iPad mini, it loads forever showing a blank page. Only a very few webpages like google searches are loaded quickly. I have tried many browsers but response is the same. Please help me out here. I' em even tried restoring the iPad but still the same.
