If I buy a time capsule in the U.S, will it work fully in the UK?
Everythinf will work fine except the power cable you will either need an adapter or buy the cord.

Actually there are issues with wireless channels.
Apple do not allow you to change regions.. So a TC purchased in the US cannot change to UK to be fully compliant with UK wireless setup.
This used to be of no major concern as you could manually select channels.. however since AC uses 80mhz and needs a larger set of channels it is much more of an issue. UK and US do not use identical channels or in the same way.. ie regulations are different.
It is better to buy in the UK to be honest.
