Just today the volume on calls on my iphone 5s is so low I can hardly hear the caller. Ringtones, text tones are not effected. Adjusting the volume buttons on the side make no difference. I tried going to settings, language and makings some adjustments that I saw from an earlier community post. Also settings, accessibility, hearing aid that were covered in that same post; but nothing is helping.

Check is settings > sounds.
Have you tried resetting your device? This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
volume in settings is correct. checked this previously also
tried this multiple times already after making suggested adjustments in settings. no change in volume.
Have a NEW (2 days old) iPhone 6s with LOW Call Volume also. Speaker No problem, Tried the reset, didn't help
Unfortunately, need to go through the process of going to replace phone!
