iPad Restore - HELP! Getting code on screen!

Hi, I'm using an newly updated Windows 8.1 (I know that's a bad word around here) I have also removed iTunes and did a fresh install.

I have been trying to restore my iPad for about a week or so now as it's just showing the Connect to iTunes Screen. It gets sooo far then nothing or will go back to the Connect to iTunes screen apart from the last time I got some code appearing on the screen....

If you cant see the pic then please let me know and I can attempt to write the code down.

I have tried on different computers with different cables etc... HELP!
