Not if the printer has printer sharing enabled in system preferences.

From what device are you trying to print? Is the printer connected to a wireless network, and is that device on the same network?

Brand new Imac with Yosemite. Yes, I connected to Savin from PC. I see the printer on mac but it won't connect. says no additional users

SMBX SMB2?????? Is this the issue?
