Can I remove the USB after finishing my installation of Windows with Bootcamp?

I successfully installed Windows, so can I remove the USB, or is it through the USB that Windows is able to operate? If I can remove it, is it okay to delete any files within it?

Yes, but you may want to hang on to it in case Windows needs startup Repair, otherwise you have to use BCA again. The BC drivers are also on the USB. One option is to create a DMG on the OSX side and leave it on the Mac side, and leave it about 8+ GB which you can copy back to the USB, when needed.
