Mailed off iphone 5c to apple for repair today. How long will it take before I get my phone/replacement back?

We don't know.

As we are all other users like you, we would have no idea. You will need to check with Apple - I assume you sent it insured or at least kept a copy of the tracking number so you can check on its delivery? That will also make it easier to refer to it if you need to contact Apple.

Perhaps you would post how long it took yours so someone seeing this thread can have some kind of an idea of how long it takes.

What was your answer then? I did the same thing with my iPhone 6s. I asked for a box 3th November, the box came 5th, and still apple hasn't sent me a verification about it..

Please clarify what you posted. You say you asked for a box in November. Do you really mean November of last year? If so, you need to contact Apple about whatever concerns you have. There is nothing we can do here.
