Go into your iTunes account, add the new card, make it the default card, delete the old card.

You can do it from your device or iTunes programme on your computer.
On your device:
Settings> iTunes and App Store> Tab your Apple id> select view Apple ID> Account info> Change your credit card info> Tab Done thats all.
On your iTunes programme:
Download iTunes to your computer. Sign in with your Apple ID. Click to your name and select Account info. Change your credit card info.
