my iPad has been working fine, everything works EXCEPT for snapchat. I had a VPN but deleted it and set my iPad to automatic time. I even reset it (network). I don't know if this is the app or my iPad.

If you check the recent App Store reviews, many users are having problems with Snapchat. Contact the developer & see if they have an update to address the problem. It is most likely the app.
You may want to try resetting your snapchat password or logging in on another device.
