How to enable cookies? Mac Mini, OS X 10.10.03

I visited a new website and got this error msg: "You have reached Calyx Point WebCaster. Unfortunately, you have reached this page because you attempted to access an invalid URL; or by the non-existence of a cookie." I cannot find any reference to cookies in System Preferences/Security and Privacy.
