Video or screencapture issues on Macbook Pro Retina running Windows 7

Hey Guys,

I've got a Late 2014 15" Macbook Pro Retina running Windows 7. I'm having an issue with video or gif screencapture tools.

When I attempt to capture the area captured is slightly up to the left of the actual capture window.

I've already tried a walkthrough on scaling the ui elements up for win 7.

Here's some examples:

You can see that capture window itself is captured as a result of the issue.

I've tried gifcam and a couple of other video capture software, they've all acted the same. Thoughts?
