WiFi problem with iPad2 running version 8.3

We have three iPad2's all are running on Version 8.3. Two of them connect from any room, the third iPad will only connect from some of the rooms. The signal strength indicator shows lower signal everywhere on the third iPad while the other two show strong signal everywhere. I have reset the third iPad's network many times and have also performed a hard start. We have determined that the problem is with that iPad. Is there anything I can do to help the iPad?
