I recently bought an Iphone 6. When I was starting it, I logged with my old Apple ID and I tried to download my backup. When I tried to do it, my iphone requested a password but not mine, it was requesting the password of another Apple ID.
Has that ever happened to anyone? Any ideas about what I should do?

That means that the previous owner did not release Activation Lock on the phone. You will have to contact that owner and get them to follow these instructions: What to do before selling or giving away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you cannot do this the phone is useless to you.
That would make sense if there was a previous owner. It's brand new.
Did you recognize the Apple ID at all? Is it possible that there were apps or music on the backup that was purchased under that other ID?

Not at all. It's completely unknown. I sort of solved it now, I just gave up the back up and I started a "new phone". It's ok, but that email will remain a mystery for me.
Yeah that is weird. You could always try to restore it from your backup again and see what happens. Or, if you are good with setting it up as new, then you can be done with it....

You said the iPhone 6 was "brand new." Did it come in an original Apple factory sealed box? Did it come from either an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Retailer?
If so, as gail says above, if you are good with setting it up as new, then you can be done with it. Otherwise, I suggest you return the iPhone and request a replacement unit.
If you answered "no" to original factory sealed box or Apple Store - authorized retailer, then that is likely the source of the issue.
It came from a Mobile Network Operator here in my country - I suppose that fits in the Authorized Apple Retailer-, the company is solid. I bought with four other Iphones. It came in the Apple factory sealed box.
I hardly think that I would get a replacement since I've already started using it and, as everything seems to be fine with it now, I am keeping it without the back up.

This doesn't sound like an Activation Lock issue... Does it allow you to skip? If so that means someone installed an app within your backup with a different account... This happens very often... You'll have to find out which app is on your phone that is link to a different Id. Kids are generally to blame for this.
