IBM Domino requires:

Operating system(s):

AIX, Linux, Solaris, Windows, i5/OS, z/OS

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=475&uid=swg27007909

Thus yo will need to run Windows or other supported OS as a virtual machine in Yosemeite.

There is the free VirtualBox and paid Parallels as well as other VMs
