My Iphone 5c fell down to my carpet while walking, with an Otter Box case on. When i went to pick it up it showed some coding including the words "panic, not ready, trying to reboot." I tried restarting the phone after that but then it just shut off completely and now it wont respond to anything. What do I do?!

Take it to an Apple store for diagnosis. Most likely the fall damaged the hardware, but the Apple genius bar can tell you for sure, and help restore it if it is not hardware damage.

A Genius Bar appointment and the "diagnoses" is free. If they determine a repair or replacement is in order, then if you want to go ahead with getting it fixed or replaced, that would not be free. But getting it looked at is no charge.
