I lost my iPhone. It's been a month and I'm still hopelessly hoping that It'll turn up somehow. I just checked my 'My Devices' on my iCloud Settings and I used to see my 5s there but now it's gone. Is it possible that the thief was able to wipe my iCloud from my iPhone?

Don't look in iCloud Settings area, go to www.icloud.com and look under Find My iPhone and make sure it is still listed there. The Settings area in iCloud reports things differently. I don't exactly know how, but I've read about it being devices that are currently linked, some say currently signed in, some say anything that has ever been signed in. The only way to see devices that can be tracked is to go to Find My iPhone and see what is listed there.
It's still listed there but my phone is still on Lost Mode Pending meaning at hasn't been activated yet. 😟
Correct, it has not been powered on or connected to the Internet. Not much you can do there unless they power it on.
