Q: how do i get rented movie to download and find it on my laptop

This does not affect Classic Macs.   Please go to Apple menu -> About This Mac if you have a Mac laptop.  If it is Windows, you'll want to go visit the iTunes for Windows forum.   Either way, please repost the question once you determine a more appropriate forum based on what your laptop is running:
