I can't use my new Iphone4
Please, help me, I buy an iPhone4s to my aunt but I can't use it because i don't know what is the Apple ID. Please I really need help, If you know how i can resolve it please help.

The previous owner needs to unlock the iPhone. It is Activation Locked as described here:
Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
If you cannot contact the previous owner, the iPhone will remain useless as it was probably previously stolen. So either contact the previous owner or get a refund if you can.
