I want to delete the 'Genius Mixes' from my playlists. I don't want anything in my playlist section that I didn't put there. Can this be done? I have already turned off Genius and it's still there.
iTunes prefs > General.
Uncheck Genius.
There is no "Genius" selection to uncheck in Windows iTunes prefs > General

Turns out Control Panel > Uninstall Program > iTunes is a much easier solution.
For those that want a solution to the question as posed on Windows...
Enable the menu bar if necessary with Ctrl+B.
Use Store >Turn Off Genius.
Existing Genius playlists are converted to regular playlists which you can then delete manually if you don't want them.

I have none of the options one would assume. I even called Apple and they hung up on me. Awesome support guys!
This is me turning Genius on, generating a Genius playlist, and then turning Genius off in a test library.
