Forgot Password of Apple ID with icloud.com

My wife's Iphone 5C has Apple ID to be mywifefullname@icloud.com. I did not know how her sister helped her to set up this Apple ID with icloud.com

Now my wife forgot the password of Apple ID. I went to Apple link to reset the password.

The problem is that I did not know how to access to mywifefullname@icloud.com to retrieve the email resetting the password for Apple ID

Any your instruction would be appreciated.

check http://appleid.apple.com/ first if that doesn't work then call apple support. Good luck!

Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'.
