Q: i have synced my photos from my iphone to my computer in itunes and when i try to return it itunes says to me an Unknown Erorr Please Help me my photos are gone right now

i used itunes to sync my photos and it says when i try to get it back Unknown Erorr And now i have the file of my photos but i cant do anything so please help
