Apple TV setting date & time not working

I have restored my Apple TV, but now Setting Date & TIme is not working.

I have unplugged it & WI-FI multiple times but has not made any difference.

I've also done it manually, but when I then try to log in to iTunes it will not work as Date & Time not set.

Please help.
