Purchased coins from Big Fish Casino and charded wrongly

On the 29/5 I purchased one of Big Fish Casino's packages at $24-99 and when I checked my bank statement this morning There was $24-99 taken out and another lot of $12-99 taken out which was definitely not included in the package Order no was MHDKBJH5LL can you please look into this and another thing was the purchase I made was for nine hundred thousand and this morning when I looked into Big Fish Casino my coins that were left were 426 over one million coins were taken out overnight, I defininatly did not stay up all night playing and they can check on this if the like I have had a lot of problems with Big Fish Casino with money missing but everytime I mention something I get no reply. I really hope you can do something about the extra money taken out of my account and the money missing from my account at the casino.
