I forgot my ID questions but, have access to my account. I don't want to call support via phone, I'd rather do it by email.

Click here and fill out the form. If they tell you to call(unless you have a very good reason, they will), accept that.

You can initiate a request via email, but eventually you are going to have to talk to an Apple representative to get your Security Questions reset, so you will get it fixed a lot more quickly if you just set up a call:
