My apple tv 3 doesn't have youtube when i booted it up. What happend did apple hate google? It's not visible at main menu settings

no, google cut support for a wide range of older devices
most older "smart" tv's and blue ray players which had youtube support got the boot too

it's gone and it will never get back
for apple to rerelease new software for all old devices when ever google change their youtube interface would cost
more in r&d and q&a then apple giving all users new appletv 3g devices, don't hold your breath
if it's under warranty return it as fast as you can
It should still be there on AppleTV 3 unless you have an Apple TV 2 or have inadvertently 'hidden' the YouTube channel.
