Can't reset my security questions, there should be a link to send it to my rescue email, but there is no link. What do I do now?

I have the iPhone 6 Plus, and I recently bought an iTunes card to buy some music. Well, I can't buy any music because my security questions. I forgot the answers to them, so I can't do anything. There was supposed to be a link for me to click on that would send the answers to my rescue email, but there was no link. What do I do? I need help!
