AppleWatch and iPhone 5

Hi all.

I have an AppleWatch Sport Edition and an iPhone 5.

Everything goes fine: all apps works except for Health. I can't see anything on health, on Source tab I can see only a phrase that says "Change settings on App AppleWatch on your iPhone" (i translate the phrase from italian).

On AppleWatch App i can't find where find health dates. Anyone can help me?

PS:

Some other App like Activity or Running (from Nike) works fine 😟
