Spotlight Bing Results and iTunes Suggestions not Working...

As a killer feature of Spotlight in iOS8, the ability to get iTunes Suggestions and Bing search results were prominent. And as such, even after I go to settings and turn off every other spotlight search field, both of those features don't show up when I'm searching...Even after updating to the currently newest iOS8.3...Those result are yet not there...And even my region is set to United States...It is not that much of a big problem but yet, my life would be better with it...
