Any hope recovering files from erased internal hard drive?

Hello iOS family ,

I had a problem with my laptop starting up, I got the no entry sign and I could not do anything about it.

Tried DiskUtilites , but could not fix the issue.

Tried to reinstall the factory iOS version (10.7.5) to the drive, but there was nothing showing up, so I had to erase and reformat the disk.

I tried the Stellar Phoneix data recovery, did all the 4 options and could not find the desired files.

So please if anyone knows any other app that will surely find the files or any other way to get them;

please let me know ASAP

I dont want all the files, just my studies documents.
