my iPad is locked with a passcode I've tried to use iTunes to unlock but just keeps saying locked with passcode does anyone no how unlock it

tried that one just keeps saying iPad disabled with passcode must be unlock with passcode to connect to itunes

If you are still being asked for the passcode then that implies that you haven't successfully put the iPad into recovery mode - it can take a few attempts to do so

but ive done it about ten times still the same
Have you got a different computer that you could try on ? If it's successfully in recovery mode then your computer's iTunes shouldn't prompt you to enter the passcode
