iPhone 6 "Call Failed" message / not receiving calls either when charging

Getting "Call Failed" message when making calls and cannot receive calls when the iPhone 6 is charging. The IOS Software version is 8.3. As soon as the charger is unplugged from the phone the calls are functional and am able to make / receive calls also. I am using a 4 G LTE sim.
