Urgent help needed

ALL of my notes have gone missing somehow.. I have VERY important information saved in my notes, maybe totaling 7-10. Ive done the back up and 0 notes showing. My iCloud has nothing backed up either! is there another way to recover these?

OR can we somehow download our text message threads from our phones? I could recover bits and pieces that way maybe. Please help, any ideas or advice would be appreciated. Thanks
