I need to have my page set up in US Postal size (6 x 9 inches) to enable me to upload a manuscript for publishing. However, when I choose page set up, custom set up, the areas which require the sizes to be entered are greyed out and unable to be typed in. Any advise appreciated.

Click on the little + to the bottom left to create the new custom size and give it a name.
