Apple TV, where to go when you have done all the options available on the help site.

IOS 10.3.3.. Apple TV sits next to the modem, have tried resetting everything and I do not get the general settings window to restart. All I ever get is the Airplay option and the 1 network setting 2 something else..... am over it, just about to chuck it in the river., reset reset, rest, never just switch on and play.
