I just got a refurbished time capsule. 2 T newest model With excitement i started setup.
I could not go past first screen as it kept asking for password. My network is setup without one for easy of everyone in the household.
Is there any way to setup time capsule without PW?
Otherwise this unit is dead on arrival.

In airport utility in settings you should be able to just leave the password blank.

Tried that first.....setup refused to go further.
You must have a password.. but you can simply type public which is the default password.. it will however constantly bug you..
That is the admin password.. for wireless the password is important.. I hope you are using one.
