Wifi issue guest network and iPhone 6

i stay frequently at a caravan site and use a guest network. Worked great last month however this visit no luck. My daughters iPad and iPod work Just fine. I have tried the following. Resetting network. resetting everything. it says it is connected but I cannot access any websites. If I type in the 192 etc address I get to the web log in page. I log in successfully but cant get any further. I have disabled pop up blocker. I am at my wits end. Any help would be so appreciated. The cellular signal is weak so I'm lost. apple support no help. They suggested I get the site owner to reboot the router. I doubt they would be willing to do that for me only
