Library on a NAS

I have my Library on a NAS which I accessed from my PC (Win7) and from my Apple TV. The PC is having problems, so I have decided to upgrade, and now have a new PC running Win8.1. The NAS and the Apple TV have not changed.

So I now have installed iTunes 12.1 (64bit) on the new PC. But I cannot find the NAS and the Library. If I boot the old PC, everything is still there. I then "unauthorised" the old PC.

How do I access the Library content now on the new PC?

At a guess the media folder is on the NAS, but not the library files. Copy these (normally in User's Music\iTunes) to the NAS, and then to the new computer. The NAS needs to appear at the same path when viewed from either machines. See also Make a split library portable.
