am using ipad mini retina as you can see in model code
and i just was test my screen Resolution on web site : http://www.whatismyscreenresolution.com/ and the Result that my screen resolution on web site 768 x1024 that's mean my i pad not 2048 x 1536 can any one please test this web site who got ipad mini retina and see if it will be 768 x 1024 like me or just me only 😟 or how i can be sure that my screen retina

That website may not be correct.
Also, someone correct me if I'm wrong but ME800B/A is not a valid model number according to Identify your iPad model - Apple Support

That's because you are using a java script web page to do that and it does not seem to work in Safari on iOS That web page shows the same message for any of my iDevices - my iPad Air 2, my iPhone 6, my iPhone 5 - all show that exact same message. The script is simply not compatible with iOS Safari.
The model number displayed in settings and the retail model number on Apple's page are different for every device. My iPad Air 2, model A1566 has in settings, general, about, model MGTX2LL/A. They are just different series numbers for the same thing.
