May 30, 2015 7:44 AM in response to Gx92by Michael Black,That's because you are using a java script web page to do that and it does not seem to work in Safari on iOS That web page shows the same message for any of my iDevices - my iPad Air 2, my iPhone 6, my iPhone 5 - all show that exact same message. The script is simply not compatible with iOS Safari.

May 30, 2015 7:48 AM in response to Ethan7988by Michael Black,The model number displayed in settings and the retail model number on Apple's page are different for every device. My iPad Air 2, model A1566 has in settings, general, about, model MGTX2LL/A. They are just different series numbers for the same thing.
