Outlook 2016 for Mac Outgoing Email Server Settings for iCloud email Account

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) with Yosemite and all latest updates.

Recently downloaded Outlook 2016 for Mac since Outlook is what I must use at work.

Incoming mail server seems to work fine but cannot find the right combination of settings to get my SMTP server working.

I have searched online high and low and have tried every suggestion I can find - to no avail.

Would appreciate help with settings.

Would also appreciate advice if you think there is a better place to post this.
