I know not much is being done with Photos yet, but I want to write Apple script to remove all photos from a specific Album. Example Album name is Test.
Remove all photos from "Test"
Possible?
iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
Go to Album Test, select all -> right click -> delete photos
Clarify 'remove'? There's no such option. Do you mean delete? And fi so, is it only delete from the Album? Or do you also want the material deleted from the Library?
I would like to delete from the specific album but not delete from the entire library. Just that album.
I Know I can delete manually. But I want to script it and do so upon certain actions. I just don't know the script to remove all photos from an album.

What I want to be able to do is:
- iOS Photo Library does not sync Smart Albums
- I have a Smart Album in iOS that tells me if photos are NOT in Albums
- I can create an Automator work flow that copys from the Unorganized Smart Album to a regular album called Unorganized iOS
- That lets me organize from within iOS
- However, since the Automator work flow doesn't clear the Unorganized iOS album, it just grows and grows and on iOS I don't know if they have been organized or not.
Thus, everytime the work flow runs, I want it to remove all photos from the Unorganized iOS album, so that it only contains whatever is in the Smart Album Unorganized.
