    you can block all numbers not in your contact list by doing this:

    1. go to settings
    2. open "Do Not Disturb"
    3. slide on "Manual"
    4. tap on "Allow Calls From"
    5. Select "All Contacts"

    Note that this will block ALL notifications other than calls from contacts, including text message notifications, app notifications, email notifications. The only things it will not block are alarms and government notifications.
