The AirPlay in my iTunes doe snot show up all the time. Even quitting iTunes did not fix it. It appears only some times! Any ideas?

I have Mavericks and my iTunes is updated

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Make sure your network connection is very good.

It is also good. It is my laptop which is weird all the time, even though I have taken it into apple store quite a few times and they changed its hard disk and the logic board 😟
