my iphone is totally damaged including the battery and the internal parts. Will i still be able to recover the data in it in some way?

You may be able to recover the data if the iPhone still shows in iTunes.

If the data is extremely important, take it to a forensic data specialist, such as Drive Savers. They may be able to recover some data, however, it will be very expensive.
