apple help!!
no idea why i cant upgrade apps or software in general on my macbook pro.... need help please!!!

Try and sign out and back into your apple ID in the mac app store.

I Tried doing this already.....
every time I try going onto the App Store it asks me if the agent is running....
also it when I try to update or download I get told there is no application available .... What does that mean and how can I fix it ?
Does the MBP and OSX meet the system requirements for the given application(s) in question?

i tried this a number of times..... when i go to the app store i get the question "is agent running?"..... what does that mean?
furthermore, when i try downloading or updating anything on my mac it tells me "there is no available application".....
also my menu bar is missing (cant see the time or internet bars, battery or anything).....
