not enough memory?

So, some apps keep quitting unexpectedly. It is mainly Origin and Updates to Adope Flash Player.

I've contacted the individual services and followed their instructions, but none of this has solved my problem. The apps still quit. Which means that all the money i've spent on the Sims 4 has been a waste, since i cannot play it without Origin. And I cannot watch anything since my Flash Player is out of date and cannot be updated. Which *****.

I've run disk utility, and everything seems to be in order.

I've looked around the internet, and read some of the problems occurring with Insufficient RAM. Which are mainly: slow performance, kernel panics, inability to update apps, and unexpected quits. All of which I've experienced (but only one kernel panic).

But it seems like I have enough space?

User uploaded file

Under Disk utility I've come across two Macintosh HD - each with different amount of space. Perhaps there lies the problem?

User uploaded file

This first Macintosh HD has almost no available space.

Whereas the second one has plenty of space.

Should i update/buy more RAM if that's possible. Or is there another solution. Please help. I'd like to get my mac working perfectly again. Thank you!

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ In the Finder, select Go Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

Step 1

For this step, the title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

SYSTEM LOG QUERIES All Messages

from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select

View Show Log List

from the menu bar at the top of the screen.

In the top right corner of the Console window, there's a search box labeled Filter. Enter the name of the crashed application or process. For example, if Safari crashed, you would enter "Safari" (without the quotes.)

Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.

The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.

Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.

Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

Step 2

In the Console window, select

DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION User Diagnostic Reports

(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of crash reports. The name of each report starts with the name of the process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report related to the process in question. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.

I know the report is long, maybe several hundred lines. Please post all of it anyway.

If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a crash, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.

In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)

Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report—they're very long and rarely helpful.

When you post the log extract or the crash report, you might see an error message on the web page: "You have included content in your post that is not permitted," or "The message contains invalid characters." That's a bug in the forum software. Please post the text on Pastebin, then post a link here to the page you created.

I think I did everthing correctly. Here are the following log extracts/crash reports that you asked for to be posted. Hopefully not too long and hopefully helpfull! Thank you again!

FROM STEP 1:

The Origin one had these two as the most recent:

06/06/15 13:51:53,639 storeaccountd[299]: AccountServiceDelegate: Accepting new connection <NSXPCConnection: 0x7fba39e0bd80> connection from pid 275 with interface <AccountServiceInterface: 0x7fba39e0d340> (PID 275)

06/06/15 13:52:29,595 storeaccountd[299]: ADI: {

"Access-Control-Allow-Origin" = "*";

"Cache-Control" = "private, max-age=60";

Connection = "keep-alive";

"Content-Length" = 2;

"Content-Type" = "application/json; charset=UTF-8";

Date = "Sat, 06 Jun 2015 11:52:29 GMT";

Expires = "Sat, 06 Jun 2015 11:53:29 GMT";

"Strict-Transport-Security" = "max-age=31536000";

Vary = "X-Apple-Store-Front,X-Dsid,Cookie";

"access-control-allow-credentials" = true;

"apple-timing-app" = "0 ms";

"x-apple-application-instance" = 605;

"x-apple-application-site" = NWK;

"x-apple-jingle-correlation-key" = 4MY2M77KAESLYQ36LZCEM2SG4A;

"x-webobjects-loadaverage" = 0;

}

For Adobe there are these two:

06/06/15 13:54:46,276 Creative Cloud[284]: objc[284]: Class HTTPHeader is implemented in both /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/utils/AdobePIM.dylib and /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/HomePanel/HomePanelBL.dylib. One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

06/06/15 13:54:46,276 Creative Cloud[284]: objc[284]: Class ProxyManager is implemented in both /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/utils/AdobePIM.dylib and /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/HomePanel/HomePanelBL.dylib. One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

And than many of the following:

06/06/15 18:16:38,518 com.apple.xpc.launchd[1]: (com.adobe.fpsaud[646]) Service exited due to signal: Bus error: 10

Jun 10, 2015 5:37 AM in response to juliaeag

I think the reply was too long, because it just kept loading. So I had to split it.

FROM STEP 2

There were many different things from Creative Cloud, I just the most recent Install for the update that quit.
