Q: 2010 Macbook Pro 15" Can't Connect to Internet Via Wifi or Ethernet Cable

Hi Everyone,

I've been trying to connect my laptop to the internet, but it keeps dropping.  I've tried connecting it through WIFI and ethernet cable.  I get a connection at the beginning for maybe 10-20 seconds, and then the it won't let me connect after.  Does anyone know what might be seem to be the problem? Also, on the logo when I click on it it say "No hardware installed"?.  I've tried to do a network diagnostic and everything seems fine, but it still won't let me connect to the internet.
